Britt, words still cannot describe the feelings of losing you. In the twelve years of knowing you first as the father of the girl I fell in love with, second when you became my father in law, and finally seeing you as the best Papa to Carter and Chloe you have taught me more than I can put into words. I learned so much about the importance of Pursuit, Compassion, and Patience. You lived a purpose driven life guided by Faith, Family, and Integrity. You were so special and always smiling. I am blessed for the time we had together and am forever grateful that Carter and Chloe have the memories created by loving grandparents Nana and Papa. We will never, ever, let them forget. You have created a legacy that has already inspired change in the hearts of many. Whether that be the realization that life is indeed, short, or a thousand other things; you have taught me to live in the moments that take your breath away, and always pursue your passions. There is not a day that goes by that I do not look up in the sky and think of you. I miss you Britt. I know you are in Heaven with Jesus looking down upon us.
